About the Fellowship

Science Corps fellows are PhD scientists who spend a minimum of six months living and working at one of our partner institutions in an underserved community. Fellows teach hands-on science, develop curriculum, train local educators, and contribute to building lasting scientific capacity at their host site.

This is not a research fellowship — it is a teaching and science education fellowship. We are looking for scientists who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with students and communities that have limited access to high-quality STEM education.
