Our current application cycle is now closed and under review. We will be sending confirmation emails to all applicants on or before July 2 (PST). If you submitted through our previous website and did not receive one by that date, please email general@science-corps.org so we can make sure your application was received.
Science Corps fellows are PhD scientists who spend a minimum of six months living and working at one of our partner institutions in an underserved community. Fellows teach hands-on science, develop curriculum, train local educators, and contribute to building lasting scientific capacity at their host site.
This is not a research fellowship — it is a teaching and science education fellowship. We are looking for scientists who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with students and communities that have limited access to high-quality STEM education.
Applications are currently open for placements at our partner host site:
The deadline to apply for this cycle is June 30th. We review applications on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. The selection process includes a written application, an interview, and reference checks.
